★ Efficiency Level
Determine requirements based on the cleanroom class (e.g., ISO Class 5). Class H13 (efficiency ≥99.97%@0.3μm) is suitable for most pharmaceutical and electronics workshops, while Class H14 (≥99.995%) is recommended for semiconductor facilities or high-level laboratories. To avoid over-specification, KLC offers precisely graded products that meet standards while controlling costs.

★ Air Volume and Air Speed
Ensure the filter’s rated airflow meets the actual operating airflow. A face velocity of approximately 0.45 m/s is recommended. Excessive airflow velocity increases resistance, while insufficient velocity reduces airflow uniformity. KLC products undergo rigorous airflow testing to ensure stable performance at rated airflow.

★ Resistance Parameters
Lower initial resistance improves energy efficiency. Typically, initial resistance ranges from 150–220 Pa, with final resistance recommended to be no more than twice the initial value. Choosing KLC’s low-resistance filters can significantly reduce fan power consumption.

★ Size and Structure
Standard sizes, such as 610×610 mm, help reduce procurement costs. For space-constrained environments, KLC’s plateless HEPA filters are thinner, have larger dust-holding capacity, and are easier to install and replace.

★ Special Compatibility
For environments like chemical and pharmaceutical industries, corrosion resistance and fumigation resistance are critical.
