★ Efficiency Level Determine requirements based on the cleanroom class (e.g., ISO Class 5). Class H13 (efficiency ≥99.97%@0.3μm) is suitable for most pharmaceutical and electronics workshops, while Class H14 (≥99.995%) is recommended for semiconductor facilities or high-level laboratories. To avoid over-specification, KLC offers precisely graded products that meet standards while controlling costs.
★ Air Volume and Air Speed Ensure the filter’s rated airflow meets the actual operating airflow. A face velocity of approximately 0.45 m/s is recommended.
